Is what seems to be severe convulsions a part of MS?
Usually my feet will start shaking real bad and sometimes my arm starts spasming real bad, but today it started in my feet then my hands and arms then all of a sudden my whole body was convulsing real bad along with what seemed like every muscle tensing up real bad.

, what you describe is definitely an MS symptom. If you haven't already, please contact your doctor and report it so they can see and treat you. Muscle spasms and cramping can be caused by MS-related nerve damage. They are usually treated with medications and physical therapy. I hope you'll get some relief very soon.
