Discontinuation of DMT

Hi guys-I am 64 and was diagnosed with Relapsing-Remitting MS at 40. I have been on several DMT's throughout the course of the disease. I have not have an exacerbation in years. I also have not had any new lesions in any of my MRI's for 20 years of so. I do have fatigue, can't tolerate heat and have to pace myself if any physical movement is involved.
I moved to another area about 4 years ago and the Neurologist said I was stable and took me off any DMT therapy. I don't think I have seen this addressed in any of your articles. Do you have any information or articles with this type of situation? What is your take on not being on a therapy? Thanks Laura M.
