I'm having one of 'those' MS days...where nothing's singularly terrible, but several smaller crappiness-es are adding up. I'm feeling a bit fragile, and thought I'd come her for some support. I'm trying to find some ways to divert myself on days like this.
To that end I'd love to hear from YOU. I'm curious, my fellow MS net members, how do you distract or entertain yourselves on MS blegh days? What do you do?

Hi @Jenniem. I do not have MS (My father did.), but I wanted to jump in and say that I hope your day improves and that tomorrow is an even better day. Indulge yourself a bit today, if you are able. Thinking of you! - Lori (Team Member)

Hello,Jenniem 1st I wish you well π2nd it really does help (I know it's a cliche) to take each day at a time & the one thing to keep in mind is YOUR Personal Best,π for those days with the tiny crappy things that happen & seem to add up, just keep in mind, the things that you CAN enjoy that day, & do that day & Jenniem, even if it's only one thingπ and this is one of the best places to connect & valid information concerning MS, I was first diagnosed in 2019, & knew very little abt. MS until coming to this site π this place not only helped me to become more proactive with MS, but; since then this summer I've had two other very serious health diagnosis, & unfortunately; demand about the same amount of attention as MS.so of course I found two other valid medical websites I utilize the skills that I gained from Multiple Sclerosis.net.π. Jenniem, all that what's going on with you,Thank you for taking the time and reaching out to us, this really is the best site for information and making new friends. π. Thank You Multiple Sclerosis.net Oh, I'm going to share a picture of my granddoger daughter, aka my all the time Sunshine & because she's a therapy pet for others, she's also known as The Official Smile Spreader Ambassador Of Lancaster! ππ

Contalita, I appreciate the forum 'hugs" and good advice. Glad you found MS Net and are doing well with your MS education journey. It's such a lifeline to be as informed as possible - esp when newly diagnosed. At over 2 decades in, I'm finding it exhausting to muster that newbie passion. Thanks for reminding me.
Lightheadness, brain fog, leg spasticity and fatigue are just getting me down the last little while. Maybe, as I mentioned to Lori, making applesauce today with our backyard apples will help me feel useful. I'd adore the mood booster or seeing your precious "granddoger" too. I needs me some doggy pic therapy,
