Discussing findings on an MRI
Of all the neurologists that i have seen throighout my MS LIFE , NOT 1 has ever gone through an MRI . I Now get the images and report on the pocket health and my chart? I pay annually for pockethealth and thats the only way I can keep track of the findings . I cant rely on neurologists for anything. Our health system has failed me

I just want to make sure I understand, you had a MRI and you can see the results on mychart, but your doctor hasn't called you to discuss the findings? How long ago did you get the MRI? I would definitely give your doctor a call, if you haven't done so already. Please keep us posted. Jill (Team Member)
Had an MRI APR 12 For my head & 19th on my spine
I went to go see my neurologist may 16. Was told no nee lesions but I knewsl before he told me as i read the report on my chart.
The reason for these charts that I can look at is good for me because by the time the doctor looks at it, its too late . I look after my own stuff and get clarification when I need it. He retired now so im waiting for another neurologist to call me.. the health system is not the way it used to be.I am glad you are being an advocate for yourself and you have found another doctor to speak with. Unfortunately many of our members will say they feel our health system is not what it used to be. Please keep us posted with what the new doctor says. Jill (Team Member)
