Help getting out of bed
Hello my name is nicOle. And this is kind of a hip question. Not a story so currently I am bed bound. I've had a That's sore. of my buttocks. And I cannot get out of bed as much as I try really hard to fickle with this. I cannot force M.. myself to get up doesn't it but you have any S Suggestions.s?

I want to make sure I am fully understanding your situation, before I unintentionally offer misplaced suggestions.
So, are you 100% bed bound? If so, do you have a caretaker helping you daily? Have you talked to your doctor about your bedsore issue? I know bedsores can be very uncomfortable and even dangerous at times, so you will want to make sure your issue is properly addressed and treated and hopefully, plans are put into place to help you avoid future bedsores.
