I Never Saw It Coming.

I was diagnosed in 1998 it took a minute to get the whole break down but in the end I found out that I have.
RRMS at first I had no feelings from the waist down I could sill walk and everything but as time went on I started to have a list of things that started to happen.
That was then now I can still walk but I need a walker I can't walk up the stairs my legs just don't work like that anymore I have muscle spasms alot of pain. Since My Family Has Taken Very Good Care Of Medical Both of my parents have passed away and three of my siblings now it's just myself two sisters and one brother. We all live together our parents left us a house so we are in the process of changing everything around. My story goes on but my hands right now well not so for now

  1. it sounds like you've been through a lot over the years. I'm sorry to hear the passing of your parents, as I know firsthand the emotional strain that can bring. It sounds like you have the support of your siblings which I'm sure has been helpful.

I'm also sorry to hear that the MS symptoms have progressed. It's good to hear that you're able to make adjustments to the house, although like many of us, it's something that as you said best "we never saw it coming."

I'm glad that you're connected with this group here to have support of people who get it.

    1. Thank you for sharing your story with us, . I don't think anyone could ever prepare themselves for unfortunate medical conditions. Especially one as painful as MS. On top of that, losing a parent is never easy. I lost my mother so I understand the struggles with adjusting to that change. But unlike you, I don't have any siblings, so it's nice to hear that you have the in home support of your siblings to aid you through this entire process. It's not fun having to change things up and transition but it does help. You and your siblings are in my thoughts and I hope relief finds you soon with you the pain in your hand.
