What medications do you take for fatigue and how effective is it?

I do only because of nerve pain, or creepy crawlies, or just from pain. I make sure I don't take any stimulants after 1pm. It seems to be helping most days, except the whole week before I get my Tysabri infusion. That's the week nothing seems to help my fatigue.
