Possible lesion on spine

Found out today I possibly have a lesion on my spine.
I get dizziness and tingles in my arms and legs at the same time for a few moments. And I’ve lost bowel control. I’ve also stopped being able to swallow properly and I regurgitate often..
I’m checking into hospital tomorrow for my mri and steroids.
I’m terrified of losing my ability to walk. I’m just losing function after function in the last 6 months

🙁 anyone else have any of these problems? And thank you for listening to me vent..
