I get most of my support from online sources it’s easier for me to talk with people who are going through the same things and the online experience is 24-7 365 days which is better than waking up my wife

I have only one person to share this journey with and she has not been very supportive at all. I am afraid to ask her for anything for fear that she'll say no. Like she just did.

It's hard to put yourself out there and ask for something only to be rejected. I hope you are pleasantly surprised this year with new people in your life that can be supportive and understanding.
