Some of the medications used to treat MS can have an affect on one's reproductive organs. For women, this tends to be issues like vaginal dryness and pain during intercourse. Also, Ms may cause reduced sensation in the vagina or penis. However, I know that's not exactly what you asked about! If you haven't done so already, you may want to discuss this with your physician or gynecologist. Stress, dietary changes, and medications can all affect a woman's cycle, so you may want to rule those out, if you haven't done so already.
