starting new MS drug

I was diagnosed 11 yrs. ago with MS and have been on copaxone. My doctor would like me to try Zeposia. I am nervous about using it since it has been out only for a couple of years. Can anybody who has been taking zeposia tell me what they think of it?

  1. Hi . Switching medications can be scary, for sure. I don't have experience with Zeposia, but I hope you get lots of input from other community members. While you wait for responses, I thought this article might interest you: https://multiplesclerosis.net/living-with-ms/switching-medication. It is from one of our advocates who was also nervous to make the switch to Zeposia. Wishing you the best. - Lori (Team Member)

    1. Hi 14yequ8, I'm not sure if you started Zeposia as your post was back in Dec 2022. I am currently on Zeposia starting back on July of 2023. I would appreciate hearing from you as Zeposia has some challenges. Hope to hear from you.

      1. Hi, ! I hope is able to come back and touch base with you. In the meantime, I wanted to share this story from one of our contributors about her experience with Zeposia -- https://multiplesclerosis.net/living-with-ms/switching-dmt. And if you have specific questions or concerns about Zeposia, you are always welcome to share those here and we will do our best to help.
