Weird M.S symptoms

My right foot, out of the blue, will seize up , curved sideways. It's painful. Does that happen to anyone else?

  1. Hi that sounds painful! I am sending over this article from one of our members who shares a similar story. I hope this is helpful to you: https://multiplesclerosis.net/blog/difficulty-balancing-activity-rest-what-im-doing. Jill (Team Member)

    1. I have a loss off orientation - where I am in the "world". This is probably associated with vertigo,

      1. I believe it is referred to as proprioception. I apparently have that too, but for me, it’s more often felt when I’m walking at the edge of a path or sidewalk, or on a narrow one, always feel like I’m going to “fall off” it. Not great, but not life-ending. And if I must spin or turn around in tight spaces I also often feel less stable. My neuro has confirmed I have that symptom, & is part of MS.

Good luck, speak to your MS Neuro, to see if there’s anything you can do to improve that problem.
