Weird Stmptomss

I've had quite a weird symptom happen to me. It's happened only twice, and that was enough! I was standing in the living room, and my whole body went rigid. It felt like it was maybe a seizure, but I couldn't move or say anything. I was totally aware of what was happening. Ij just stood there for a few minutes. I was alone, and I knew I was going to fall, but couldn't do anything to stop it. I did finally fall. I wasn't hurt, but it was very scary. It happened twice, and had never happened again. It was definitely weird. I'm not sure if it was a kind of seizure, but it was like I was just totally frozen.
