On days that I'm fatigued, stretch out on the sofa. Sometimes all day long. I fear I'm becoming lazy. So my question is, is it best to give in to what your body wants, or to push through it. They say "listen to your body" but If I do that, I'd be on that couch every day! I've been in a flair for the last three weeks, so this is fresh on my mind. I've always been a busy, active person and I long for the days when I feel more energized.
