Cold hands and feet and pain on both but no signs of rynauds discoloring. Is this ms?

My hands tend to get cold during the winter and my feet aswell. I also feel joint pain on my hands (I was diagnosed with JIA so I don't know if I am just sensitive to cold). And my feet hurt aswell in the cold. I don't see signs of discoloring on my skin so I don't think it's rynauds. I also haven't taken a deficiency test for vitamin d or b12.

I don't know what it is and I am concerned. I hope it isn't splacity common with ms. Is this early signs? I am only 20 and male

  1. Also I occasionally get a sore toe pain most notably on my big toe. But I just assumed that was because of juvenile arthritis or iron or d deficiency.

    1. I really hope this isn't a sign of nerve damage or neuropathy

Cold hands and feet can indicate several conditions, including numerous autoimmune conditions. It sounds like you have a few concerns/questions that you may want to discuss with your healthcare team. Putting the puzzle pieces together can be challenging for many. I thought I would include this link that discusses MS signs and symptoms: https://multiplesclerosis.net/symptoms
