How Going Grain-Free Fixed My Chronic Fatigue

"Healthy" foods aren't healthy for everyone. Here's how I improved chronic symptoms like fatigue, heat sensitivity and migraine by removing food triggers.
What foods cause problems for you?

  1. It is nice it worked for you, I tried it and it unfortunately did nothing for me.

    1. Going gluten free helped me. I still do small amounts of white rice which help with energy and keeps me up and about. Still working through other gluten free grains to see what works and what doesn't. Anyone found any grains they can do without upsetting the beast?

      1. Hi . White rice is actually gluten-free. Some people avoid it because other forms of rice are higher in nutrients, but those who are simply avoiding gluten do not have to cut it from their diets. Do you eat much oatmeal? Wishing you the best. - Lori (Team Member)

    2. Hi Lori, I'm trialing gluten free oats atm with almond milk. White rice. Not a big fan of gluten free bread. Seems full of junk and I tend to get an MS response to most of em.

      1. Hi . That sounds delicious, especially topped with some fresh berries and/or nuts. - Lori (Team Member)
