Hi, . There aren't many OTC products that will help with spasticity, but some of our members find that exercise, stretching, and massage can help. You can read a bit about that here -- https://multiplesclerosis.net/living-with-ms/spasticity-treatments and here -- https://multiplesclerosis.net/living-with-ms/spasticity-pain-stiffness-fatigue.
I would definitely check with your doctor or pharmacist before trying any treatment, even otc ones, but regular pain relievers (ibuprofen, aleve, tylenol, etc) may help with aches and pains.
I hope this helps and that other members share their suggestions with you.
Best, Erin, MultipleSclerosis.net Team Member.
