Hi Robert- I've been diagnosed for 26 years. You're a guy, so weight issues are Very different, but if you don't mind explaining...how did you lose 180# in such a short time?
I'm trying so hard to remember if it was here or elsewhere that I just read an article about muscle loss. I do remember it saying that inactivity is a culprit, but dang, when it's all you can do to get out of bed, or take a shower and have enough energy enough to live, it puts exercise somewhere in the twilight zone.
