Tips for pt treatment & assistive devices

I am 71 yrs. Have had lemtradra infusion in 2016&2017. R/R. Had ok success except weakness in left leg. Use walking stick. Recently found more lack of balance and significant weakness in leg. Newer neurologist since they change a lot, that just wants me to get another MRI. ANY suggestions on leg braces or PT for MS
