Suggestions for dealing with sensory overload?

I am so grateful to hear the stories as I have been feeling so alone through this initial MS diagnosis process. Most of my symptoms have been sensory overload – mostly auditory. The slightest sound can throw me over the edge, and my ability to focus on more than one thing at a time has become impossible. I become so overwhelmed I feel as though I am losing my mind. Over the years I have had pain in my hip, arm, hands, fingers, mostly leaving my right arm so weak I can barely get the bed made sometimes. I am trying to focus on getting back in to healthy habits such as Yoga and other activities but due to stress related to this process I have felt so depressed and overwhelmed. Thank you all for being such a wonderful support.
