"I relate to the power of positivity. How i look at things is so important. I was diagnosed in 2010. Mostly I have the invisible kind of MS and that works for me. I only tell the people who need to know. Today I had to tell my husband i need the heat on in the apartment. I don't function well in cold temperatures. Is that related to MS? IDK but it's good to speak my truth. Positivity means to stay put and say what I need. Don't run out of the house screaming about the impossible conditions i "have to" live with. "
