Vertigo

After 9 years of having this, noght before last brought something new. I woke up in the middle of the night having to go to the bathroom. However when I got up, I took 2 full spins before getting my bearings on the bed. It was truly a miracle that I didn't fall into my shelving u it or window.
I managed to do what I neededto do and get back to bed, but when I rolled over to the right it started all o er again. Never having experienced vertigo before, I looked it up on my phone which seemed to correlate with the symptoms, more severe than dizziness.
I texted my husband who was upstairs to come down to help me come upstairs. The whole thing was so weird. I have heard that it may be crystals coming loose in your ear, or your neck needing to be adjusted. I didn't even know it could be related to m.s. until I looked it up here.

Also recently it seems like cetain words sound very strange and I have to question wether I'm even pronouncing it correctly. Anyone else???
