Community resources help

Looking for help on behalf of son who is now in advanced stages of his MS after only two years. It has been more than discouraging trying to find any agency , administration or persons really interested. He is a young veteran 37 years old and has lost everything he had because of this illness and now dealing with limited mental capabilities causing delusions and psychotic episodes resulting in legal problems but n o one seems interested in helping. Attorneys , Veterans Affairs or MHHS on the civilian side due to the legal problems. Maybe someone has some suggestions who I can turn to for direction as he is no longer capable of helping himself.
