COVID vaccine and flu vaccine
I was diagnosed with M.S just over 6 years. For the past 5 years every year. I get a flu shot and I get a COVID vaccine. I have had both effected me. But getting over it was worth getting both vaccine. Pluss vitamin D daily. I do pick up colds and COVID conditions but the vaccines do help.
The side effects can definitely be rough, but it’s great to hear that it was worth it for you. Taking vitamin D daily is such a smart addition too. Even if it’s tough for a little while, it’s worth it to stay as healthy as possible! Thanks for sharing. -Latoya (Team Member) Thank you
