Living with MS

Hello i was diagnosed with M.S in 2020. At first I didn't know what to expect, so my specialist put me on a drug called ocorvus. 4 years of treatment I noticed my muscles deterioration. I worked in the oil industry for 38 years. And was constantly in pain, I thought i needed to deal with this M.S thing. So for the past year I started eating right and excersieing. I was down to 190 lbs. Now after 1 year I'm up to 220 lbs and I excersieing every day. Now im still in pain and my balance is all over the place. But I do cardio for 26 minutes daily and iam curling 50+ lbs i excersie 1 hour daily and do noticed a difference. So don't give up with this ms. Excersieing and eating healthy does make a difference.

  1. Hi , I am so glad that eating well and exercise are making a difference. Exercise has all the benefits of feeling physically good, but with the endorphins, it helps our minds as well. Keep up the good fight. Jill (Team Member)
