First, you can ask your doctor to place an order for home healthcare. Their services are usually covered by insurance. They will come and evaluate your house and your health to see how they can help with things like light housekeeping, bathing or shower and meals. That is the most affordable option. They have experts on hand who can help you find all sorts of resources. Do you have family or friends you can reach out to who can either help you around the house or help you find services?
