Hopeless is so confused and no doctor
FINDINGS:
There is no intracranial mass or mass effect.
Ageappropriate appearances of ventricles and sulci.
There are a few foci of increased T2/FLAIR signal (lesions)
in white matter which have the following characteristics
Several lesions greater than 3mm long axis : yes
Juxtacortical lesions: yes
Periventricular lesions: yes
Deep to subcortical lesions: yes
Infratentorial lesions: yes
Lesions in the upper cervical cord: no
New lesions when compared with previous: no
Lesions which restrict diffusion: no
A normal variant partially empty sella is redemonstrated.
There is a unchanged, stable small pineal gland cyst.
There are no regions of restricted diffusion. No unexpected
foci of susceptibility.
Extracranial soft tissues are within normal limits.
IMPRESSION: Stable appearance of white matter lesions,
with MRI appearance satisfying McDonald criteria for dissemination in space. No MRI findings suggestive of
active demyelination.
