   <p>Brooke, I immediately clicked on the links and went to check out Thinx and Knix. You have to be kidding me! 40 ml is HEAVY absorbency?!! The human bladder can hold up to 400 to 500 ml! Forget 8 teaspoons, my bladder can hold up to two CUPS of liquid. <br/><br/><br/>For serious incontinence, take a look at Wearever panties. They do a great job with up to about a cup or so, but at the moment, they&#39;re totally OUT of my size.
