Certainly Feels Like MS

Numbness, tingling, burning sensation, muscle weakness, and pain all day long, 24/7. I can't walk a straight line. Can't hop on one foot. I have muscle spasms and blurred, double vision. Now I need an OCT test because my left eye saw bright red instead of normal red, like my right eye did. I have tremors, shocking pain, inflammation everywhere, memory loss, slurred speech, and an overactive bladder. I have a Vitamin D deficiency, creepy crawlers on my skin, erectile dysfunction, joint pain, and really bad fatigue.

My MRI as it stands today

This is my MRI of the brain without contrast. I'm going for an MRI of the brain with contrast on Wednesday.
My MRI says that there are non-specific subcortical flair hyperintensities without mass effect. No acute intracranial hemorrhage or mass lesions are seen. There is no evidence of acute ischemia on diffusion-weighted images. My ventricles, sulci, and cisterns are age-appropriate, and the major intracranial flow voids appear intact.
My visualized paranasal sinuses and mastoid air cells are clear, and there is mild subcortical flair with hyperintensities computable with migraine, small-vessel ischemic disease, or inflammatory demyelinating disease.
