I Did It
I was very saddened when I heard I had MS. I wasn't sure what that meant. I had not one in my family that even had this illness. So often, when we know of others that share what we have, we feel a connection. I didn't get that connection from my family, but I got it from those fellowships through local MS chapters I have frequented since my diagnosis. I was able to tell my local chapter friends to encourage me as I went on this journey to get my master's degree. I was able to do it... took two and half years. I appreciate the encouragement, and I was able to do it. Something I didn't know if I would be able to see, but God granted that time to me.
