I’m More Than This

What have you learned about myself while managing MS? I’ve learned that I’m more than this. I can breathe in and breathe out and take the next step; I’m stronger than my weakness. If I focus only on the pain, I accomplish nothing, but if I accept help from others, I can open doors. I’ve learned that I dislike being viewed for my disability; I try to be thankful for my ability. These are daily reminders that are more often reminders by the hour.
