Controlling core temperature in heat

Hi Moyna, Matt, and Devin!
I have had Primary M S for many years. I recently moved to Phoenix, AZ area to live with my daughter. This summer has really taken a toll on me even when I avoid the outdoors. Do you have other suggestions besides an air conditioner to keep my core temperature more normal? Unfortunately, I won’t be able to move so I need to adapt the best I can. Thank you!
