What type of diet or nutrition do you follow to support your MS and overall health?

Are there any specific foods that you’ve noticed seem to trigger your symptoms?

  1. Vegan. No dairy no wheat no caffeine Feel wheat & dairy & sugary foods create the MS fatigue and inflammation response

  2. Find it very challenging to stick with dairy free and caffeine free. Love coffee. But hard on my adrenals

    1. , I would agree! I can go vegetarian, no problem. But giving up dairy and caffeine? Whew. You're a stronger woman than I am!

      But, I know if it helps you feel better, it's worth it.
