Frustration and fears

I am so frustrated and scared. I saw a neurologist in January and have had 3 MRIs, and a lumbar puncture. The test results left me more confused than before. The neurologist was questioning if it is MS or Frederick's Ataxia ( I have a father who had MS and a brother who has FA). She sent a referral for genetic testing, but that can take up to 6 months. In the meantime, I tried to contact her office at least 10 times and no response. I did not get a response until I asked my GP to intervene. Even after that, she didn't respond to my phone calls or emails. It was not until about a week before an appointment that I found out, only because I called her office, that she is not seeing her patients and is unavailable. She did not refer any of her patients to another doctor. I contacted my GP, but have yet to get a response. So I am left with a lot of questions and fears. Not knowing if I have to start this adventure from the beginning is overwhelming.
