Help! Years of Copaxone has destroyed my fat reserves

After nearly 9 years of injections, I have literally run out of injection sites. I have no fat reserves as I'm really thin anyway. I have talked to my neuro sevetal times and she has suggested other dmts but I have tested positive for the JCvirus, so not wanting anything with the possibility of PML.
Also it looks as if others have the possibility of certain cancers?? Ugh!
Everything else about the Copaxone has been fine, just the asful injection site craters. I know that no one is allowed to give medical advice, and I'm not courting that, njust hopefully suggestions perhzps with others thzt have experienced the same thing, and maybe have come up with a solution?
