MS neurologist appointment

Hi all I'm new here,
Last January I had a sudden onset of tingling left side of face which went numb, rang doctors they said trigeminal neuralgia (it wasnt) few days later half my tongue went numb and roof of my mouth went back to doctors which to then they thought I had a stroke had an mri which was normal and was told I had bells palsy ( which I didn't have) after the numbness of face it was followed by fasiculations in my calves I had blood tests which showed very low vitamin d the doctor at this point did refer me to the neurologist as he suspected mnd or Ms. I was put on a large dose of vitamin d. I had seen the neurologist and he put the benign fasiculations down to work related stress and they will go within a few months. Let's fast forward since then I suffered from hypercalcemia ended up in hospital had a very bad case of vertigo twitches all over my body which are constant hot and sweaty burning sensation on lower right let and arm tingles in left foot and sometimes fingers, went for eye test as it looked like I was looking through a smeary glass said I have a all cateracts in left eye, went a few months later to find out my right eye has scarring I have has sore achy eyes and now flashes of white light waiting for hospital appointment for that.
I'm really sorry this goes on. My arms ache if I do too much I have a weird pain in back of knee when I walk inget headaches a lot pain in lower left back and sometimes a shooting pain in backnof left leg like someone is stabbing it, and the last thing I keep getting palpitations everyday. I do have an appointment Monday to see neurologist again as doctor referred me back due to the tingles of my feet.
I'm just wondering what sort of questions do I ask? I don't want him telling me it's all work related stress again I have my own cleaning business and it's only started last year from the numbness of face. Please if anyone can just give me a heads up to what I should ask that would be a great help
Sorry for the long post and thank you
