Hi everyone I am truly at a loss as to what is going on with me. 8 months ago I got sudden left sided head pressure with pain and also tingling numbness down the whole left side of my body. Since then I have had constant left sided head pressure that fluctuates as far as how intense it is. I get what I would call flare ups that are usually worsening left side head pressure, with weakness, soreness, numbness, tingling, pain in certain joints, shaky, and fatigue. Random pain along my upper spine with some electric shocks and also on and off chest pain. I have noticed my symptoms seem worse at night and feel like the circulation to the left side of my body gets cut off no matter how I lay down. I have had MRI imaging with and without contrast of my whole upper body due to a positive colonus test done 6 months ago and everything was normal then. The neurologist did an upper and lower nerve conduction and emg and all was normal. I have been on ibuprofen, tylenol, torodal, ubrelvy, and low dose prednisone with minimal relief. I had to leave my job becuase I have head pressure and brain fog so bad on the left side I cant even think and when I get a bad flare up I can't work. Has anyone ever been diagnosed without lesions. I feel like the doctors and care are extremely poor over here unfortunately.
Thank you
