this is such a great questions, thanks for asking it here. I think there are a couple ways to consider the question. The first is understanding that MS is a very unpredictable disease, which can make it rather frustrating to manage, but yes it can in fact be very unpredictable. I don't know how much this is reflected of mobility issues specifically but it's certainly common with MS in general - especially fatigue and brain fog. The other thing to consider is the form of MS. With relapsing remitting MS, we can experience more prominent symptoms during a relapse and then times when they can be more quite like in remission. I don't know your specific diagnosis but this is something to consider. As always, the most important thing is to share any changes with your neurologist or MS specialist, they're the one that can provide you with the most detailed information for you.
