Newly diagnosed as an October

I’ve been recently diagnosed with MS just started taking the dimethyl fumerate I’m on my second month. And I’m basically realizing I have to get a whole new frame of mind like digging a hole. It’s too much you know effect work is low. Just trying to figure out how to paste myself. Thank you.
