  1. You should be providing education on proper fitness for MS. I'm not talking about the cookie-cutter programs you see being presented by trainers/PTs who don't have MS or the 45 years of experience I bring. The results of my training programs are well documented and far more effective in overcoming MS limitations by building strength and mobility. I am happy to help as the 2023 Social Health Network's Lifetime Achievement Award winner.

  2. Research opportunities.

    1. Where are you located? Is your pt program streaming ie youtube?

      1. we are based in Southern CA but have an online program.

    2. I would like more solid answers what MS is and how to get rid of it.

      1. it can feel like one big mystery! I'm praying that we will get some more definitive answers as researchers continue to study it.
