Well, I bet that's a bit distracting, ! Do you think what you are experiencing could be tinnitus? You can read a bit about tinnitus here --https://multiplesclerosis.net/forums/tinnitus (this is a conversation from our forums on tinnitus) and here -- https://multiplesclerosis.net/living-with-ms/how-sleep-tinnitus-rare-symptom. If this keeps happening, you can mention it to your doctor, if you haven't done so already.

I did think of this but it only happens at night for just 5 to 6 minutes then goes so not so sure. I have an appointment with my Neurologist in November so I can ask.

, gotcha! I am not meaning to offer a diagnosis in any way. I do experience random bouts of tinnitus, usually at night and generally for less than 10 minutes, so your vibrations *could* be tinnitus, but they could be related to something else as well.
I am glad you have an upcoming appointment and can ask your neurologist.
