Hi thanks for reaching out. An MRI with lesions does not mean you definitely have MS. For a final MS diagnosis, a doctor will typically use a physical exam and questions about your medical history and order other tests like blood work or a spinal tap for diagnosis. FAMILY, FRIEND'S HAVE ALL ASKED ME IF I HAVE MS BECAUSE OF THE WAY MY HEALTH HAS BEEN AND I GET ASKED EVEN MORE NOW THAT MY HEALTH HAS BEEN DECLINING SO MUCH OVER THE LAST 5 YEAR'S.
