Where is there an MS meeting near me, Puyallup, Washington

I need to have someone to talk to who understands what this MS feels like. There are times I have no one to talk to you about it. My family tries, but it’s an imaginable pain.

  1. My heart goes out to you, . Living with MS can feel extremely lonely and isolating at times. I had trouble finding an in-person meeting in or near Puyallup, but that doesn't mean there isn't one. I just may not be looking in the right places.

Also, if in-person meetings aren't available, there are virtual options that may be worth checking out, even if it's not your first choice for meetings. You can check out this link to see what options are available through the National Multiple Sclerosis Society -- https://www.nationalmssociety.org/resources/get-support/find-support-groups-and-programs. Also, the NMSS has a great program call the MA Navigator program, where you can connect with a well trained professional who may be able to help you find support and resources in your area. The program is paused until June 24, but you may want to look into it after the 24th -- https://www.nationalmssociety.org/resources/get-support/ms-navigator. There are also online communities and chat groups that can be helpful when you might be up in the middle of the night and just needing to vent to someone who gets it. There's this community, of course, and others, like this one affiliated with the Multiple Sclerosis Association of America -- https://mymsaa.org/msaa-community/my-msaa-community-forum/. I know it stinks to be struggling and to not have people around you that truly understand what living with MS is like. Please know you are not alone in this. I hope this information is helpful for you and please know you are welcome here anytime you need to vent or just feel supported.

    Gentle Hugs, Erin, Team Member.
