Brain exercises

Since my diagnosis and having to quit working I have found it difficult remember 'easy things ' like how much of a particular spice a recipe calls for. Are there certain exercises or apps that you suggest to help with thinking and memory?

  1. Hi !! This is a really good question. I'm so sorry you are experiencing those memory issues. A lot of people in this community can relate to that, unfortunately. Please forgive me if I am mistaken, but were you trying to submit this as a question to our Ask Me Anything cooling gear giveaway? If so, you can copy and paste your forum question to this thread so you're entered: https://multiplesclerosis.net/forums/ask-me-anything-live-with-devin-garlit-moyna-john-and-matt-allen. That way Matt, Moyna and Devin will see it and you'll be entered into our giveaway. If not, please feel free to let me know and we can try to send some resources your way. Thanks! 🧡 Kayleigh, MultipleSclerosis.net team

    1. I'm sorry I guess I can't figure out hoe to get in on the correct thread..I thought I nailed it this last time... sorry bout that

      1. No worries! I can definitely help with that. You want to click this link:

        https://multiplesclerosis.net/forums/ask-me-anything-live-with-devin-garlit-moyna-john-and-matt-allen

It should take you to a new forum page with the title "Ask Me Anything Live: With Devin Garlit, Moyna John, and Matt Allen".

Below that title, you should see my name and picture with a description of the event. At the bottom of that description, you should see something that says 47 reactions and next to that the reply button. All you have to do is click that reply button, you should see my name pop up in the box, enter your question in that box and then click "post reply". Then your question will be entered.

I'll be checking in on this thread to be there for you if you need any further help.
