Why don't we have a vaccine for EBV by now, it would save millions of others from going through this pain

Hi that is a great question. I know that this has been challenging because the virus goes into the body for life and is associated with several cancers and autoimmune conditions. Clinical trials are actively underway. Closest one I found was four years ago plenty of time to have answers about one virus

That's a really good question and one I don't have a great answer for, . I think your question brings up a very valid point about finding cures and/or vaccinations for viruses like EBV.
