Gold Nanocrystal Remyelination Phase 2 Clinical Trial Update - Restarted treatment

Just started taking the Clene Nanomedicine CNM-Au8 therapy again as part of a new Expanded Access Program at UTSW. Looking forward to long term access and MS symptom improvements! I was in the REPAIR-MS clinical trial in the Spring of 2022. While some symptom improvements were retained after the being in the trial, several worsened - mostly foot drop, balance, and numbness issues. These issues are probably related to a severe accident in 2023 that resulted in surgery and temporary discontinuation of the DMT I was on.
I believe consistent pain and lack of rest over a few months will exacerbate/worsen MS symptoms! I'm better now and hope the CNM-Au8 will get me back on track - as it did before.
I'll post any CNM-Au8 effects while I'm in the trial EAP.

I am sorry you saw a return/worsening of some MS symptoms. And I am so sorry to read about your accident! I hope you are fully recovered from that incident.
