I wake-up! I use my walker to get to the bathroom to empty my cath bag, brush my teeth while hanging onto the sink/countertop. I sit on my high stool, brush my teeth and complete the rest of my morning ablutions, make coffee, eat b’fast then…….

you have quite a routine down to start your day, that's fantastic. It sounds like you've made some good adjustments to your home environment too to make it easier for you to navigate. Thanks for sharing, and we're wishing you a good morning today. Best Alene (team member)

when I can`t walk regular distances without a cane or walker. l used to read so many books without rereading some parts to stay on track. Not having a chronic UTI that just won't clear up I used to be a positive person.

the recurring UTIs are quite a challenge, and super frustrating for sure. I don't know if you saw this yet, but we had a discussion about this very topic that you might find relatable and helpful. Here's a link to the discussion if you're interested in checking it out. https://multiplesclerosis.net/living-with-ms/recurring-utis Best Alene (team member)

Feeling blessed because I had another chance to rise in the morning and to start my day that means so much.
