Ms and want to lose weight and get toned

Hello im Richard montemayor and omg i have multiple sclerosis and omg i take my medicine and oh my father God van and can us ms patients take diet pills omg please pp

  1. Don't panic. I don't know if MS precludes using GLP1 shots to lose weight, but I can tell you that I lost 50 pounds and got toned by using the Noom app and "working out" to the best of my ability. I work out with a trainer three times a week -- ofte4n joining a gym gets you the training help you need, and Noom is funny and charming and very easy to work with. Your mileage may vary, but you can only get toned if you work them muscles! Check out Coach John Noel on Facebook -- he is absolutely terrific, and offers EXCELLENT workarounds for people with physical limitations. His mantra is "(use the modifications ) if you need to" and I ALWAYS need to make modifications! Best of luck, I hope somebody can chime in with guidance on GLP1 medication for PLWMS (people living with MS).

    1. It sounds like you’re doing a lot to take care of yourself, especially with your focus on eating healthy and staying hydrated! Have you had a chance to ask your doctor or pharmacist whether diet pills are safe to take alongside your MS medication? If you'd like, here's an article that discusses weight loss medications such as Wegovy, Ozempic, and Mounjaro. I think you may find it helpful and can even find some things to share with your doctor on the matter. You can access it here: https://multiplesclerosis.net/living-with-ms/weight-loss. The comment section is also filled with members' experiences! All in all, keep eating healthy and stay as active as you can. All the best, Latoya (Team Member)
