Older inactive lesions
I was first diagnosed 30 plus years ago. MRI's, Spinal tap (the diagnostic test, not the band..but they were kickin' it in the day, lol). Anyway, my symptoms have continued despite for years with ONLY "inactive lesions". I'm told by docs that happens but with no new (active) lesions no neurologist can/will restart my treatment. Anyone have a similar case ?
thanks for sharing your story hear, although I'm sorry to hear that you're dealing with a challenge. Am I understanding you correctly that you're continuing to have symptoms and would like to start a treatment but the neurologist isn't onboard with this idea because you don't have any new active lesions? I'm sure that's disappointing and frustrating. I hope that someone here in our community is able to chime in with some insights or recommendations. But it certainly sounds like you're doing your best to advocate for yourself both in talking with your doctor as well as posting this comment here to gather the community's insight.
