Possible covid positive - but what about my MS treatment

Hello again, when it rains it pours , as the saying goes. My house mates have tested positive to covid, im sure I'll get covid, being in close contact. Which worries me too. Unfortunately my tysabri infusion is on thursday (6 days away). Does anyone know wat to to expect when i miss this infusion(i heard you should not miss treatment because of withdrawal side effects), or is it possible i will still have the infusion.

  1. I am so sorry, ! I hope that by some miracle you are able to avoid Covid and that you can still get your infusion. I do not have experience with infusions but, hopefully, others will chime in here. Have you called your doctor and explained the situation? It might be better to move it back now while there is still some time to schedule another. Sending lots of anti-Covid vibes your way. - Lori (Team Member)

    1. , I just want to echo Lori's words. I hope you manage to avoid catching Covid and I would definitely talk to your doctor about your situation. Keep us posted on how you're doing and may you stay Covid free! Best, Erin, MultipleSclerosis.net Team Member.

      1. Hello, I'll call my doctor first thing on Monday. Today my throat is a bit sore, other that feeling okay.😷
